From 2017 to 2022, RECOAT partnered with OSSEDI and CADECOM to implement a Livelihoods and WASH project, pairing improvements in household income and food security with sustained gains in water, sanitation, and hygiene access.

The five-year timeframe reflects RECOAT's broader approach to development work: building capacity and infrastructure that outlasts a single emergency response, in line with its strategic objective to ensure the sustainability of its programs and operations.
